I recently watched Food Inc, and read In Defense of Food. We've made some significant changes, and look forward to planting a garden this year. I don't know if I told you, I have been working with a surgical weight loss program. Obesity has been 'front and center' lately. It's been a good reminder about how our daily choices affect our own persons, but also the environment. I was shocked to see the mega corporations and their production of grains and meat...yikes.
